운영자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 대여하지 않으며, 현재 제3자에게 일상적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 다음과 같은 경우에만 필요한 범위에서 제공할 수 있습니다.

  • 법령에 근거가 있거나 적법한 기관의 요구가 있는 경우

서비스 제공 지역

Microsoft 365 메일함 콘텐츠의 저장 위치는 테넌트 설정에 따르며, 웹사이트의 기술 정보는 OpenAI Sites와 Cloudflare의 글로벌 인프라를 통해 이용자와 가까운 네트워크 및 서비스 운영 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 전송은 이메일을 보내거나 사이트에 접속할 때 해당 서비스가 지원하는 네트워크 보호를 통해 자동으로 이루어집니다.

서비스 구성 변경으로 법률상 별도 고지 또는 동의가 필요한 국외 이전이 발생하는 경우, 운영자는 이전 항목, 국가, 수신자, 시기·방법, 목적·기간 및 거부 방법을 시행 전에 공개하고 필요한 보호조치를 합니다.

자동 수집 정보와 쿠키

운영자는 분석 또는 광고 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 Cloudflare의 보안 확인이 작동하는 경우, 사람의 정상적인 접속임을 확인하기 위해 cf_clearance 같은 필수 보안 쿠키가 조건부로 설정될 수 있습니다.

브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 삭제하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. 필수 보안 쿠키를 차단하면 보안 확인을 통과하지 못하거나 사이트 일부에 접속하지 못할 수 있습니다.

파기 및 보호조치

보유기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성되면 개인정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 이메일과 첨부파일은 서비스 제공업체의 삭제 기능을 이용해 활성 메일함에서 삭제하며, 백업 사본은 제공업체의 백업 주기에 따라 덮어쓰이거나 만료됩니다. 법률상 보관 또는 분쟁 대응이 필요한 정보는 그 목적에 필요한 범위와 기간 동안 분리하여 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.

운영자 측의 개인정보 접근 권한은 운영자 한 명으로 제한합니다. 또한 서비스 제공업체의 접근 제어와 전송 보호 기능을 사용하고, 필요한 정보만 보관하며, 계정과 기기를 합리적인 수준으로 보호합니다.

이용자와 법정대리인의 권리

본인 또는 적법한 대리인은 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 이메일이나 전화로 요청하면 적용 법령이 정한 범위에서 지체 없이 답변합니다. 본인 또는 대리인 확인을 위해 필요한 최소한의 정보를 요청할 수 있으며, 법률상 제한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그 이유를 설명합니다.

만 14세 미만 아동

이 사이트는 성인을 대상으로 하며 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다. 아동의 개인정보를 알고도 수집하지 않으며, 그러한 정보가 전달된 사실을 알게 되면 법률상 보관 사유가 없는 한 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

Personal information, purposes, and retention

This site has no registration, payments, newsletter signup, or contact form. The Operator does not use analytics tools or advertising trackers to profile visitors.

Information that may be processed automatically

To deliver the site, maintain reliability, diagnose errors, and prevent misuse and automated attacks
Retention
The Operator does not keep a separate visitor profile. Hosting and security providers process this information only as needed for service operation and security, then delete or anonymize it under their settings and policies.

Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information—such as government identification, health, or financial information—in an email. The Operator does not intentionally ask for it.

Third-party sharing

The Operator does not sell or rent personal information and does not currently disclose it routinely to third parties. Information may be disclosed only to the extent needed:

  • after giving you notice and obtaining your consent;
  • when required by law or a lawful authority; or
  • when permitted by law to protect rights, safety, or security.

If a partner needs to use an inquiry for its own purpose, the full message is not forwarded automatically. You will first be notified and consent or another lawful basis will be confirmed.

Service providers and processing on our behalf

The following providers may process personal information only as needed to operate the site and email.

Microsoft 365 · Microsoft

Provides email delivery, receipt, storage, and spam and security processing. Email inquiries and related metadata may be processed.

Provide website hosting, content delivery, access logs, availability, and security checks. Connection and device data and security events may be processed.

Where providers operate

Microsoft 365 mailbox storage follows the tenant's data location settings. Website technical information may be processed through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare's global infrastructure, including networks near the visitor and other service-operation locations. Transfer happens automatically using the network protections supported by those services when you email or visit the site.

If a service change creates an overseas transfer that requires separate notice or consent, the Operator will disclose the information, country, recipient, timing and method, purpose and duration, and refusal method before it takes effect, and will take legally required safeguards.

Automatic data and cookies

The Operator does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If a Cloudflare security challenge is triggered, a strictly necessary security cookie such as cf_clearance may be set conditionally to confirm that the request is legitimate.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking an essential security cookie may prevent a security check from completing or stop part of the site from loading.

Deletion and safeguards

Personal information is deleted without undue delay when its retention period ends or its purpose has been fulfilled. Emails and attachments are removed from the active mailbox using provider deletion tools. Backup copies expire or are overwritten under the provider's backup cycle. Information needed for a legal obligation or dispute is separated and retained only for the necessary purpose and period, then deleted.

Access on the Operator's side is limited to the sole Operator. The Operator also uses provider access controls and transmission protections, keeps only necessary information, and takes reasonable steps to secure accounts and devices.

Your rights and authorized representatives

You or an authorized representative may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Contact the email address or phone number below and the Operator will respond without undue delay to the extent required by applicable law. Minimum information may be requested to verify identity or authority. If a legal restriction applies, the reason will be explained.

Children under 14

This site is intended for adults and is not designed for children under 14. The Operator does not knowingly collect their personal information. If such information is discovered, it will be verified and deleted without undue delay unless there is a legal reason to retain it.

External sites and policy changes

Websites reached through this site's links follow their own operators' privacy policies. In particular, adhd-club.com has a separate privacy policy.

If this policy changes, the effective date on this page will be updated. Material changes to personal-information handling will be explained clearly on this page before they take effect where reasonably possible.
